The Dynamic Self Defence Academy was founded by a group of dedicated instructors who had a common goal – to take the most practical martial art and self defence techniques and combine them into a comprehensive self-development program, that was enjoyable to learn, that develops fitness and strength whilst being useful in the modern urban world.
