This wasn’t creating about another traditional espresso bar. It was about building a modern-retro identity that nods to Italian roots while feeling distinctly current and unpretentious. Designed to make people smile, Zilli Caffè balances playful details with crafted simplicity, expressing warmth and personality in every touchpoint.

The identity strikes a balance between character and charm. Zilli takes centre stage in a bold, quirky wordmark, while Caffè grounds it with a touch of Italian tradition. Together, they form a pairing that feels instantly recognisable and joyfully offbeat.
The colour palette plays on contrast with cool Sky Latte blues against warm Burnt Orange and Golden Crema anchored by deep Zilli Blue for structure.
Across packaging and menus, loose line illustrations bring the café’s world to life. The signature coffee steam adds a small but memorable wink, turning an everyday cup into a branded moment.
